RE: Abuja Explosion was a "Controlled Blast"- Army Spokesperson

A resident’s report about a blast somewhere in the outskirts of Abuja on the social media, sent a little frenzy. However, a spokesperson for the Nigerian Army confirmed that it was not a bomb but a controlled blast.
