 After stories about a 17 year old girl who was abducted and forced into early marriage, went viral; it was later found out that she actually eloped with her equally young lover who is about 20 years old. It was consensual after all….

Right now,14 year old Ese Oruru and her abductor, Yinusa, have been flown to Abuja where they are to meet with the Inspector General of Police who will then hand her over to her parents.
