She's endured a rocky year with the bitter demise of marriage to Seal.
But the Project Runway star has found stability again with her new bodyguard boyfriend Martin Kristen - and this weekend she celebrated their love with a sweet message on her sweatshirt.

The love note, emblazoned across her grey top, read: 'When we have each other, we have everything.'
She teamed the iteam with bleached jeans and trainers and had her hair tied in a ponytail.
The star was taking her children to the Josephson Academy Of Gymnastics in Culver City on Sunday.

The shapely 39-year-old lingerie model first addressed rumours about her relationship with the bodyguard on September 15.
Speaking
to talk show host Katie Couric, the model admitted the pair began
dating after her split from Seal. However, she stopped short of calling
the romance a 'relationship'
Heidi told the TV host the pair had 'just started' seeing each other.

'I don't even know if I can call it that. I don't know,' she said.
The
pair's relationship angered Seal, who accused his ex of 'fornicating
with the help' after the pair were were photographed together in Italy.
The singer said: 'I would have
preferred Heidi to have shown a little bit more class and at least
waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the
help.'

Seal subsequently
backed away from the comment; and Heidi has denied suggestions she
cheated on Seal during their seven-marriage.
The former couple announced their split in January of this year. Heidi subsequently filed for divorce in April
