It's been six months since the demise of Unilag's Vice-Chacellor, Professor Adetokunboh Sofoluwe. The university has finally gotten a new Vice-Chancellor; his name is Professor Rahamon Adisa Bello. He was up until yesterday, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and acting Vice-Chancellor of the prestigious higher institute of learning.
Professor Adisa Bello's appointment, which is for a period of five years, took effect from today November 12th 2012.
