The management of August Pee
entertainment, the label responsible for the promotion of iMike Anyasodo has
pointed out that their act has no brand ambassadorship deal
with one of Nigeria’s leading telecommunication companies-MTN.
“Setting the record straight
became necessary after repeated reports were published in a segment of the
media addressing iMike as an MTN brand ambassador” a
statement from the record label states.
Speaking further, August
Pee’s management maintained that iMike has a very cordial relationship with MTN
who are the sponsors of Project Fame West Africa the reality show that brought
iMike to limelight “We really appreciate MTN for always supporting and encouraging iMike.
We wish to point it out that the only known business iMike has with MTN is the
forth coming all-star concert” the
label concluded.
