This was one of the outfits she turned up in, on her birthday. We might just pardon her because she rocked it on her birthday; but well I think all I see is a risk taker when it comes to fashion. We have seen her evolve in fashion. She's had her high and low moments as well.That doesn't mean I totally agree with this look, she could easily pass for a waiter in a hotel/restaurant.............you be the judge; did she hit or miss?
